What are we doing here?
Learning neurosurgery can be painful, especially in those humiliating moments when you're on the spot and don't know the answer and feel like the world is ending and oh my god should I drop out of school and go work at a startup like all the other millenials?

...any rate, I like to keep track of some of those moments here so that I don't feel stupid in the same way again. A little bit of self-effacing humor never hurt anybody either.
