The Edematous Brain

You get asked a lot of questions when training in neurosurgery. Some of them are easy (why this makes it harder to answer is unclear to me) and some of them are actually hard. You're probably familiar with the fluttering, nauseous sensation when the attending says something barely audible that may or may not be directed in the medical student's direction. This site is meant to aggregate the learnings from those moments.
